You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. All orders with in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days and generally take 3-7 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

We currently offer ground shipping within the contiguous US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally at this time, although we hope to soon!

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous US!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee per item. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping carrier that provides tracking information. Please be aware that innovo+ is not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (like new, with no visible signs of wear or damage), with all included parts, accessories and tags, and packaged in its original shipping box. innovo+ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

Do to the size and nature of our products, we require that all products be returned in the original packaging and must include all pieces. Any returns made without original packaging cannot be processed.
